???? Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for designing the user experience of a product from conception to launch
Analyze the market and competitive conditions to make sure that your product is differentiated and delivers unique value based on user needs and demands
Translate product strategy into an execution plan, define product release plans and implement
Ensure that feedbacks and requests are seamlessly integrated into the product planning and development process
Communicate the status of feedback or ideas back to internal teams
Balance quality with demands of time, scope, and budget
Define and track key metrics that matter and align the given resources around product purpose and goal

???? Qualifications

5 to 10 years of working experience in product management, product positioning and forecasting, or consultancy in such fields
Excellent communication skills to facilitate smooth conveyance of information to cross-functional teams, proven ability to influence teams without formal authority
Experience in developing product strategies and translating them into tangible results

???? Preferred Experiences

Knowledge and practical experience in UX, CX analytic tools, indicators, data analysis, and methodologies
Ability to handle multiple projects or cases in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with strong problem solving and analytical skills
Exceptionally result-oriented mindset, technical background with experience in digital healthcare platform, mobile development is a plus
